Information
Civil Protection is supported by a group of municipal volunteers who operate at both the local and national levels.
The group carries out forecasting, prevention, relief, and assistance in overcoming emergencies and risks of harm to the community, both within the municipal area and beyond, according to the intervention requests of institutional bodies. Emergencies can arise due to natural disasters or domestic, industrial, and commercial events.
The Municipal Group currently consists of 53 units, operating in both Civil Protection and Forest Firefighting activities.
