The online fine payment service is divided into the following parts:
To search for a traffic ticket, you must follow these steps:
Enter the vehicle registration number without spaces, for example XX012XX.
Enter the report number without specifying the series, for example for report number 999Z, enter only 999.
Enter the date in dd/mm/yyyy format, for example 01/01/2025.
declare that you are the owner of the report by selecting the wording "I declare that I am the owner of the above-mentioned report".

driver data communication
The communication of data relating to the person responsible for the violation can be carried out by:
owner of the vehicle, if also the driver.
driver of the vehicle, if different from the owner.
vehicle lessee, legal representative of the owning company or his delegate.
Art. 126-bis, Paragraph 2 of the Highway Code
This procedure allows you to enter and submit driver data for the displayed report. The user must complete the declaration in its entirety and attach a scan of the driver's license.The form contains detailed instructions for completing it and information on the documentation required. Once completed, a receipt will be sent to the email address provided when registering the driver's details.
Important note : This form must only be used if the report contains provisions for the deduction of points from the driver's license, pursuant to Article 126-bis of the Highway Code. The form must be submitted within 60 days of notification of the report. Failure to provide the driver's information without a justified and documented reason will result in the application of the penalty set forth in Article 126-bis, paragraph 2 of the Highway Code to the vehicle owner.
